We aim to respect and accountability in the management of our employees. For this, we have developed practices that encourage and empower our professionals, motivating them to achieve high performance.

 

Training and Professional Education

mong these practices are the incentive programs, such as targeted training and courses for professional education of our employees. So far Eletra already enabled nearly 50 training courses. An investment of more than R$ 220,000, aimed at continuous improvement of processes.

There were 1,972 hours in training, from July 2015 to July 2016.

People development

We have a program for training young apprentices, providing first jobs to young people from disadvantaged communities. Today there are more than 25 young people working in Eletra. Moreover, we have technical and College trainees and we often open selection to fill vacancies. We are proud to contribute to the training of these young professionals.

 

Open channel with the president:

The initiative allows all employees, upon registration, the opportunity to talk directly with the president. At a special breakfast, our CEO Danilo Murta Coimbra talks with employees about Eletra's daily routine and motivates them to offer constructive suggestions and critics. So the company can find the best solutions together. The meeting takes place in the bimonthly period, and the registration of all the questions and their respective answers is divulged to all the other collaborators by an internal channels of communication.
